Refund of air tickets processed through the Internet-site of the “Tajik Air” Airline, should be made exclusively on the account of the bank card used for payment. While refund of the air tickets bought through the Airline’s Internet-site, the charges stipulated by the Tariff application conditions should be applied. To make the refund through the Airline’s website, you should send a request for return of air ticket purchased through the website, filling the application form for refund of money.
You should also apply for return of the air ticket supporting by the itinerary receipt, at: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your application you should specify number of the bank card originally used for payment of the air ticket. You should send your request at the e-mail address indicated during purchase of the air ticket. Attention! After receipt of the return request, your booking will be cancelled, it means that the seat on the flight is not more reserved by you. If it is necessary to travel by the same or another flight, the repeated ticketing should be made at the acceptable fares.
Remember, the refund will take from 2 to 20 days.
